It’s been a minute. Life and responsibilities had me step back for a bit, but I’m back in dev mode and excited to show where things are heading.

Character Creation: Polished Flow
The character creation flow is now looking a lot cleaner. You start by picking a faction (PAA, ASF, or WC), then move into archetype selection (with unique abilities tied to each), and finally customize your character’s look.
This new version trims down the clutter and focuses on clarity:
- Faction choice now highlights strengths and tactics directly.
- Archetype descriptions are easier to scan with their abilities listed cleanly.
- The customization screen is simplified with tab-based options (head, hair, eyes, clothing, etc.) so you’re not overwhelmed.

Cleaner UI + Streamlined Design
I’ve been rebuilding screens to feel sleeker, more modular, and consistent. The old layouts were starting to get messy with too much packed into single screens. Now, each step feels intentional:
- Less noise, more focus.
- Modern, flat design with room for expansion.
- Consistency across buttons, highlights, and panels.
The goal is to make it feel more professional while still indie-built.

What’s Next
Now that the flow feels right, I’ll be:
- Expanding character customization assets (more hairstyles, gear, accessories).
- Adding faction-based flavor text and animations to make the choice more immersive.
- Testing save/load for created characters.
It feels good to be back and pushing toward a cleaner, playable slice of the game. Bit by bit, this is shaping into something I can’t wait to put in people’s hands.
